My own journey has led me through grief, shedding, awakening, and slow re-embodiment. Along the way, I found ceremony. I found cacao. I found breath. And I remembered the ancient story living inside my body. This temple is a space for that remembering, for root and ritual, for fire and softness, for sacred reconnection. Here, I offer the tools that helped me rise: seasonal ceremonies, altar work, guided journeys, and soul-centering spaceholding.
